BLESS or Basic Life Empowerment and Support Services was conceptualized to address the educational needs of the indigent Filipino children, whose families cannot afford to send them to school.
The Program will run thru the individual Outreach Ministry of churches, School of Tomorrow schools, missions organization and multinational organizations for 15 weeks at 4 hours per day.
It can also be offered as a Summer Class during the months of April and May. However instead of a 4-hour daily session, it will be extended to a six-hour session
